So, I already told you at the
beggining that I am working as a "helpdesk" agent... My employer even registered me as a "IT specialist"...
IT specialist me! Are you kidding? I am only a little helpdesk of nothing! By the way since 5 days I am wo,deri,g how to capture and cut a video to share it with you! So can you imagine my face
when I have a user online asking me something a bit more difficult than "Could you please unlock my Windows account?"
For exemple today, I had one sir online, who asked me very naturally: "Good morning miss, I usually work from home with a ******* line (forgot the name...), is it possible to connect with a normal
analog line in order to read my mails?" But what do you want me to answer to this????????? So i created an intervention to have someone configure his WIFI, so that he doesn't need to be wondering
about cables anymore! (What? It was not about cables?????) Am I not very intelligent? (Well cross your fingers that my boss never reads this!)
All this also to say that I would like to put here a few videos, but first I must study IT and its mysteries!
